b2evo skin: Route 53B2Evo Skin: Route 53
The Route 53 template design was born of memories of Sunday drives along colorful country roads in autumn. Thanks go to Afwas for porting this popular b2evo skin to b2evolution 2.41, since I haven’t had nearly enough time to keep up with skin design lately.

The Route 53 b2evo skin follows closely in the footsteps of previous template designs released in the ‘Smoothe’ series and is 100% XHTML Transitional compliant. It uses valid CSS 2.0 style sheets. Additionally, as with previous releases in the ‘Smoothe’ series of b2evo skins, Route 53 has been designed for 1024x768 monitor resolution.

Thanks go to Trisha for naming this b2evolution skin.

Why must most skins be in 1024x778 resolution? I realize it’s the most popular screen size but not everyone uses it. At least let us have the option of 800x600 and/or a variable width. My web site is variable - a pity because I really love Route 53 and vastitude, but I can’t use them because I don’t want scrolls bars on the bottom for lower resoulution users.

I love your themes, but every time I try installing theme via ftp into my server, i can’t open them in b2evolution. It says there is no skinshot available and then it won’t load a page when I view the blog? What’s the deal? I know that this is one of the themes I downloaded. You obviously have it working… Thanks for the help, man.
